When you request an appraisal, we collect the contact, property and selling information you provide, together with basic request-source details used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, arrange an introduction to a licensed local real estate agent, discuss relevant property-marketing services, maintain our lead register and prevent misuse.

Who receives it

Your request may be shared with a licensed local real estate agent for the purpose you selected. We do not sell your personal information as a general marketing list.

Storage and access

Lead details are stored in a restricted Google Sheet and may pass through the website hosting and Google Apps Script services required to submit the form. Access is limited to people involved in handling the request.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements. Until a public contact address is added at launch, please use the same channel through which you reached Collie Property Guide.
